The Trackio app may use Bluetooth or Bluetooth Low Energy scanning to detect Trackio tags, sensors, beacons, gateways, or other authorised tracking devices.

  • Location at the time of detection, where location permission has been granted

This information is used to link tags to assets, verify installations, detect assets nearby, and support asset tracking workflows.

Photos are used only for the operational purpose for which they are uploaded.

Location permission

Used for asset tracking, site verification, installation records, scanning workflows, and operational event logging.

Bluetooth permission

Used to detect and interact with Trackio BLE tags, sensors, beacons, or other authorised nearby devices.

Camera permission

Used to capture installation photos, asset photos, proof of service photos, and other operational images.

Notifications permission

The app will request permissions where required by the device operating system. Some features may not work correctly if permissions are not granted.
