Can we start with one vehicle or depot?+
Yes. There’s no minimum fleet size. You can start with a single vehicle or depot and expand when it makes sense for your operation.
Do you charge per asset?+
No. Every subscribed vehicle includes software capacity for 100 active tags, pooled across your organisation. Additional active-tag capacity is available, and physical hardware is purchased separately.
Is hardware included in the platform fee?+
No. Hardware is purchased separately so each rollout can match the asset types, vehicles and sites involved.
Why is Trackio priced per vehicle?+
Vehicles drive operational activity. The base subscription covers up to 5 connected vehicles, then graduated rates apply only to additional vehicles as the fleet grows.
Are we locked into a contract?+
No. Monthly subscriptions run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual billing is optional and offers a 20% saving in exchange for an annual commitment.
Can you integrate with our ERP?+
Yes. ERP integration support and production API access are scoped separately from the core subscription.
Is Trackio self-serve?+
Yes. Hardware is easy to install in under 10 minutes with detailed setup guides.
How does annual pricing work?+
Annual billing gives you a 20% saving compared with monthly billing and is billed annually. It’s completely optional.
